Fair and conference weeks
Milan, Verona, Bologna and Rimini host major fairs; Rome and Milan host large conferences. In those weeks hotels fill and vehicles are scarce, so blocks and fleets should be reserved before flights are booked. Book early and we hold backups.
Registration, staffing and the delegate experience
The registration desk is the first thing a delegate sees, so we plan it as part of the event, not an afterthought. Through vetted staffing partners we set up the check-in flow, badge printing and host briefing, and we time it against the same arrival waves as the transport plan, so there's no queue building up at the door while a shuttle unloads outside.
