What size of event do you handle?
From 20-person meetings to several hundred delegates. Larger events use staged supplier deposits and an on-site team.
Do you take care of hotel blocks near the venue?
Yes. We prioritise hotels near La Nuvola or your venue, negotiate rooms, agree cut-off and attrition terms and manage the rooming list.
Do you run the registration desk and the AV?
We source and manage both through partners: a staffing team for registration and hosts, and an AV supplier briefed to the same schedule. We do not own the equipment.
Can you work with our PCO or event agency?
Yes. Many clients are agencies who need a reliable operating partner on the ground in Rome.
