The water leg — water taxis and lagoon boats to canal-side venues — needs local boats, permits and captains, so we arrange it through licensed local partners and coordinate the timing so delegates move as one group, not a scattered queue for taxis at Piazzale Roma.
Mainland or historic centre
A mainland Mestre base gives easier coach and vehicle access and suits larger groups; a historic-centre base puts delegates within walking distance of Biennale venues and canal-side hotels, at the cost of every transfer needing a boat. We propose both where relevant so you can weigh access against atmosphere.
