Italy Event Management Services is a boutique Italian event management and travel company. We plan and coordinate events and weddings, and arrange the group accommodation and transport around them, across Rome, Milan, Tuscany, the Lakes and the Amalfi Coast through a vetted network of licensed local partners — for couples, corporate teams, event agencies, wedding planners and travel agencies.
How we work
We don't own vehicles, venues, kitchens or equipment. That is a deliberate choice: it lets us choose the best specialist for each event and each route rather than filling our own fleet or calendar. Every partner is checked for licences and insurance before they receive work, and we keep backups for every vehicle class.
You get one contract, one dispatch team and one invoice — and a team accountable for the result. Prices are fixed and itemised, so what you are quoted is what you pay.
